The Ohio River at Evansville, IN has entered the minor flood stage above 41 feet. Terminals begin to have loading issues at 42 feet.

The Mississippi River at St. Louis could reach water marks this month that would put it in the top 20 lowest water levels on record. Snow melt and some precip toward the end of February should help raise levels above 0 feet by March 1st.
