MORNING LIVESTOCK FUTURES OUTLOOK
CATTLE COMPLEX
The cattle market will react to election this week. Concern about trade wars and tariffs will be on traders minds. Stock market up is positive. Election showed consumers are concerned about inflation. It has been evident for year as middle meats are going to processors and after holidays are over, expect beef prices down as demand for high priced beef demand drops.
PORK COMPLEX
Lean hog trading Tuesday was active as hogs turned down. Bear spreading was a part of the downturn as was outright long liquidation. As far as pork loins go, what goes up , must come down. Loins on tuesday lost lose to what they gained on Monday.
