Beef exports were disappointing last week. Net sales of 12,600 mt is half of what is needed to sell week after week. Also, beef exports don’t increase over time, weekly each country is decreasing the amount they were expected to take. Pork carcass is going up with moves up on loins and hams. The top cut primals rallying are a good indication of strength in market. If light kill remains, hogs could be much more bullish.
