Decline in Brazil Coffee Production

COCOA

While cocoa prices remain in the December/February consolidation zone, they have put together the first 4-session winning streak since the sharp mid-November updraft.

COFFEE

While coffee has a more bullish outlook for the 2021/22 season, near-term demand concerns remain a source of headwinds. The demand side may be starting to show signs of improvement, however, and that can help coffee prices regain upside momentum.

COTTON

The cotton market is trying to hold minor support but given the bullish action for the US stock market, the short-term action is relatively weak.

SUGAR

Sugar prices have regained upside momentum and may be in position to climb out of the recent consolidation zone. With significant carryover support from key outside markets, sugar could head for a retest of its mid-January high.
