MORNING LIVESTOCK FUTURES OUTLOOK
CATTLE COMPLEX
Trade volume was moderate Monday with Goldman Sachs traders beginning to roll mostly from October into end of the year December. This is common so funds can balance at year end. Selling October also goes along with the negativity on what many traders expect to see in September, lower cash cattle.
PORK COMPLEX
Pork prices are steadily moving higher but cash hogs are slowly moving lower. It is positive for the packers.
